With over 10+ years of dedicated experience in the educational field, Sagarika has made significant contributions to early childhood development. She has experience in working with reputed educational institution in various Early Childhood Development roles.
Holding a Master’s degree, and an alumni of MICA (Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad), with Advanced Yoga Teachers Training from the Sri Sri School of Yoga, she combines her academic background with a passion for holistic education. Driven by her belief that shaping and nurturing young minds with the right foundation is crucial, Sagarika established White Roots Academy, a preschool dedicated to providing experiential learning.
She is passionate about implementing play-based and activity-based learning methodologies, ensuring that children learn in an engaging and effective manner. Her approach focuses on creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth, creativity, and a love for learning.
